Customer Service and Sales Executive

We are seeking a confident, dynamic, and customer-focused Customer Service and Sales Executive (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, handling inquiries effectively, promoting products and services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries in a professional manner.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential and existing clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and services.

• Maintain sales records, prepare reports, and meet sales targets.

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth service delivery.

• Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities when required.

• Ensure a positive company image through excellent communication and presentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in customer service and/or sales will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent command of both English and Nepali (verbal and written).

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Smart, confident, and presentable personality.

• Customer-oriented with the ability to build trust and rapport.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements:

• Female candidate only.

• Should possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a scooter/bike for field visits if required.

• Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
