Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage and motivate staff, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve operational and service objectives.
Prepare staff schedules and support training and performance evaluation.
Monitor customer service standards and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Manage cash handling, expenses, and basic operational budgeting.
Monitor inventory and ensure required supplies are available.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
Support marketing and promotional activities to improve sales and customer engagement.
Prepare operational reports and communicate issues to management.
Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.
Job Specification
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role; experience in the entertainment, hospitality, cinema, or customer service industry is preferred.
Shift Timings
Morning Shift (Monday–Thursday): 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Morning Shift (Friday–Sunday): 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shift (All Days): Starts from 2:00 PM onwards
Weekly Off
One day per week, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, and major festivals such as Dashain and Tihar.
Note: Working hours require flexibility, as schedules change based on the movies and shows scheduled for the day.
