Job Description

Nepal Red Cross Society invites applications from qualified and competent Nepali citizens for the following position at Shree Janaki Eye Hospital, Janakpurdham, Dhanusha, Madhesh Province

Position: Hospital Manager-Administration and Management
Level: Senior Management
Employment: Full-time Contract
Duty Station: Janakpurdham, Dhanusha
Reporting to: Hospital Management Committee through the Convener

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the hospital’s non-clinical administration; manage planning, finance, human resources, procurement, logistics, assets, facilities, compliance risk management and institutional reporting; coordinate with the Medical Director and stakeholders; strengthen institutional systems and sustainability

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Hospital/Healthcare Management or a relevant field. At least 7 years of progressively responsible
Experience, including 3 years in senior management. Experience in hospital administration, finance, HR, procurement and coordination with government and development partners os desirable

Key Competence:

Strategic and operational management, financial and HR management; procurement and logistics; internal control and compliance; leadership and stakeholder coordination; analytical and reporting skills; integrity and confidentiality. Strong Nepali and working English required
