Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, registers, and administrative files.
Perform data entry, update records, and ensure proper organization and retrieval of information.
Prepare reports, summaries, statements, and other documents as required.
Manage physical and digital documentation and maintain an organized filing system.
Handle incoming and outgoing documents and ensure timely distribution and follow-up.
Prepare official letters, notices, reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
Assist in coordinating daily administrative and operational activities.
Provide administrative and operational support to officers, supervisors, and other departments.
Monitor assigned tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Assist with meetings, schedules, internal communication, and other office activities.
Provide supervisory support to junior staff and monitor routine administrative tasks when required.
Maintain confidentiality of company records and sensitive information.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in administration, documentation, data management, or a similar role will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel, and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
Professional, responsible, and disciplined approach to work.
