Job Description

Position: Regional Manager- 2W Premium Segment

Location: Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales and business strategies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Drive retail growth and dealer performance.
  • And expand the regional dealer network.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and retail excellence.
  • Coordinate with Service, Spare Parts, and Logistics teams.
  • Execute regional marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales teams.
  • Monitor sales performance, MIS, and process compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in automobile sales, dealer management, or regional sales leadership.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems.

Position: Regional Officer – 2W Sales (Premium Segment)

Location: Western Area (HQ: Butwal)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market scenarios, prepare channel-wise sales plans, and submit reports as required by various departments.
  • Achieve model-wise, channel-wise, and dealer-wise retail and billing targets as per allocation.
  • Manage enquiry systems, review showroom performance weekly, and support marketing in ATL/BTL campaigns and trade activities.
  • Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds and follow up with dealers to minimize outstanding dues.
  • Identify and appoint new dealers, maintain dealer infrastructure as per company CI standards, and provide training to dealership staff.
  • Monitor competitor activities, prepare periodic market reports, and conduct regular dealer visits with plan vs. achievement tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in regional sales or dealership operations (automobile sector preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel and work independently across assigned territories.
