Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our team in Pokhara for the position of Fitter / Mechanical Assistant.
Posiiton: Fitter/Mechanical Assistant
Location: Pokhara, Nepal
Qualification: Diploma / Pre-Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required:
Diploma Holders: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
Pre-Diploma Holders: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience
Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical fitting, maintenance, and repair activities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Support smooth operation and preventive maintenance activities.
Requirements
Sound technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
Hands-on experience in maintenance and fitting work.
Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
