Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site In-Charge cum Maintenance In-Charge to oversee HVAC operations, maintenance, and technical activities at project and customer sites in Chitwan and nearby areas. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with HVAC systems, particularly in hospital or similar facility environments, along with the ability to supervise site activities and coordinate with clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage HVAC installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair activities at assigned sites.
  • Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems including AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC-related technical issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits for inspections, breakdown support, maintenance, and technical supervision.
  • Supervise technicians and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of work.
  • Monitor site manpower, materials, tools, equipment, and maintenance schedules.
  • Identify technical issues and coordinate timely repair, replacement, and procurement of spare parts.
  • Maintain equipment logs, service records, maintenance schedules, and daily/monthly reports.
  • Support the testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to required quality, safety, and technical standards.
  • Coordinate with clients and relevant stakeholders regarding maintenance requirements and technical issues.
  • Handle other site and maintenance-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Specification
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation, operation, maintenance, and site supervision.
  • Experience working with HVAC systems in hospitals or similar large facilities will be highly preferred.
  • Good practical knowledge of AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and ventilation systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, coordination, and team-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage site activities.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety and maintenance procedures.
  • Valid driving license will be an advantage.

Work Location

Chitwan, with site visits to nearby areas as required.
