Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain acceptable airworthiness, safety, and performance standards in the H9 aircraft fleet (A320/A319)

  • Ensure the aircraft maintenance is in compliance with the requirements of NCAR-145

  • Train technicians in A320 aircraft maintenance, safety, human factors, etc.

  • Accomplish production, maintenance, and inspection tasks delegated by optimum use of manpower and resources efficiently and cost-effective manner

  • Assist the M&E Department in maintenance, troubleshooting, and defect analysis

Qualification Requirements:

  • Holder of an Aeronautical or appropriate Engineering Degree

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in an Engineering Department (preferably with the A320 family)

  • Licensed AME with a CAAN AMT License or equivalent in Ratings: A320/A321/A319 CFM56, A320/A321/A319 (V2500)

  • Priority will be given for additional licenses on B737-600/700/800 (CFM56), B777-200/3000 (GE90), B7777-200/300 (PW4000),

  • A330-200/300 )Trent700). A330-200/300 (PW4000)

  • Capable of planning under guidance of Maintenance Manager for manpower/man-hour/tools/equipment/spares materials management

  • Able to handle all major and minor maintenance activities in advance coordinating with CAMO, Engineering Stores, Material Procurement, Operations and Marketing

  • Knowledge of NCAR Part 145, NCAR part 66, NCAR Part M, NCAR part 147, MOE, FTS, WEIS, CDCCL, SMS, Human Factor Principles & Type training

  • Able to handle all major and minor maintenance activities in advance, coordinating with CAMO, Engineering Stores, Material Procurement, Operations, and Marketing

  • Strong knowledge of NCAR Part 145, Part 66, Part M, Part 147, MOE, FTS, EWIS, CDCCL, SMS, Human Factor Principles, and Type training
