Job Description

KHDC Project Phase 2 at KHDC Nepal, a collaborative project being conducted in collaboration with Geneva University Hospitals (HUG) invites application for dynamic, competent, hardworking, and qualified candidates for the following positions.

Position : Project and Finance Coordinator
Required number : 1
Duration : 12 months
Salary : Attractive Salary
Location : Dharan

Qualifications and experiences

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Business Management, or Project Management.
Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with donors and government regulations will be a plus.
Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and administrative support.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software.
Ability to coordinate teams, organize events, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs.
Commitment to data confidentiality, ethical data use, and organizational goals.
