Job Description
Position: Blow Mold Operator
Location: Hetauda, lothar
Qualifications | Skills
SEE/SLC or equivalent qualification; technical/vocational certification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in blow molding, PET bottle manufacturing, or a related production environment preferred.
Basic knowledge of blow molding machines, PET bottle production processes, and workplace safety practices.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor blow molding machines for PET bottle production.
Perform quality checks to ensure bottles meet required standards.
Conduct mold changes, machine setup, and basic machine adjustments.
Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or technical issues.
Minimize rejection, wastage, and downtime to achieve production targets.
Maintain production, quality, and machine operation records.
Follow SOPs, GMP, quality, and safety standards.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the work area.
Use PPE and comply with all workplace safety requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
