Position: Sales Team Leader

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in any management
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in FMCG field respectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and word
Good in Communication and Command
Must be familiar with the Sales Software System
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key stakeholders
Visit the market regularly to collect orders, ensure product visibility, and monitor stock levels
Ensure proper implementation of Sales Fundamentals, Health & Hygiene and Demand & Supply management
Assist in executing sales strategies and promotional activities as directed by the supervisor
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation
