Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in education consultancy, PTE/IELTS services, study abroad counseling, or education-related sales. The role involves promoting our PTE preparation services and AI-powered education platform, building partnerships with educational institutions, and driving student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market the company's PTE preparation services and AI-powered education platform.
  • Visit education consultancies, colleges, universities, training institutes, and other educational organizations to generate business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and key stakeholders.
  • Generate student enrollments and establish new institutional partnerships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for prospective partners and students.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development efforts.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in education consultancy, PTE/IELTS counseling, student recruitment, or education sales.
  • Strong understanding of PTE, IELTS, study abroad processes, and international education services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with educational institutions and business partners.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and digital communication tools.
  • License preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network and professional relationships with education consultancies, colleges, universities, and training institutes.
  • Experience in business development, institutional sales, or student recruitment.
