Job Description

Oversee daily nursing activities within the assigned unit. Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and leave schedules. Ensure proper handover, documentation, and reporting. Supervise medication administration and patient monitoring. Coordinate with doctors and allied health professionals for patient management. Monitor cleanliness, infection control, and supply management. Train and mentor nursing staff within the unit.

Requirement

BN/B. Sc. Nursing with valid Nepal Nursing Council Registration Minimum 3 years experience in respective department
