Department: Environmental, Social, & Governance
Position: ESG Officer
Location: Tangal, Kathmandu
Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Environmental Science
Experience: 4 years in Related Field
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies and policies regarding ESG, grievance redressal and other relevant topics.
Collect, manage and analyze crucial ESG data for internal and external stakeholders.
Promote ESG awareness and initiate ESG related training activities.
Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to incorporate ESG practices into operations.
Perform field and branch visits to monitor and survey ESG practices.
Monitor overall environment and social aspects to supply required materials upon urgent requests.
Ensure compliance with environmental, social and governance regulations and standards.
Assess various ESG risks and support in mitigation and improvement plans for such risks.
Ensure systematic tracking and documentation of ESG data for regulatory reporting to relevant authorities.
