Requirement
Master’s degree: MBA/MHCM/MHA or any relevant field Minimum 5-8 years of progressive experience in hospital/healthcare management, including senior leadership roles. Strong expertise in operations, strategic planning, financial management, and quality systems. In-depth knowledge of quality standards, accreditation, and HMIS. Strategic leadership, decision-making, and management competencies required
