Job Description

Position: Business Development Officer
Location: Naxal, Kathmandu

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our Business Development (BD) team in managing dealer documentation, coordination, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation & Record Management

  • Prepare and maintain dealer documentation (KYC, agreements, NDAs, financials, etc.)

  • Verify proposal files for completeness before management approval

  • Maintain digital and physical records of all BD activities

  • Track agreement renewals and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Support legal audits and documentation validation

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a liaison between BD and internal departments

  • Coordinate dealer onboarding from screening to final approval

  • Track application progress and maintain updated dashboards

  • Ensure seamless communication across teams and stakeholders

Compliance & Process Adherence

  • Ensure all processes follow company SOPs and compliance policies

  • Conduct internal documentation reviews for accuracy

  • Maintain version control and proper authorization records

  • Support audit processes with required documentation

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintain trackers for dealer appointments and renewals

  • Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports

  • Assist in presentations and strategic dashboards

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of BD data

Dealer Communication & Support

  • Guide dealers on onboarding processes and documentation

  • Share SOPs, requirements, and updates

  • Ensure timely communication of approvals and credentials

Team & Administrative Support

  • Support BD team with documentation and admin tasks

  • Maintain records of expenses and internal communications

  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Participate in meetings and track action points

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in coordination, documentation, or BD support roles

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
