Position: Jr. Accounts Officer

Jasmine Paints is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Accounts Officer to join our expanding finance team in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including daily accounting entries and leadgr management
Handle petty cash management, ensuring proper recording, verification, and reconciliation
Support compliance management, including VAT, TDS, SSF, and other statutory requirements, ensuring timely filings and documentation
Coordinate with the sales team for sales accounting, invoice verification, and revenue recording
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Management, or Commerce
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or fiancé-related roles
Good knowledge of bookkeeping, petty cash handling, and bank reconciliation
Basic understanding of taxation, TDS, VAT, SSF, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)
