Position: Assistant Manager – Learning & Development
Company: Shanker Group (Corporate Office)
Location: Gairidhara, Kathmandu
Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to drive learning initiatives and enhance overall people experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs analysis and prepare annual training calendar
Design, deliver, and evaluate training and leadership development programs
Align learning initiatives with performance management and career development
Calculate ROI of training programs and manage L&D budgets
Drive people experience initiatives including employee engagement, culture, wellness, and team-building programs
Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans
Promote organizational values and support employee development initiatives
Utilize HR analytics to improve employee experience, retention, and effectiveness
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field
2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development / HR
Sound knowledge of HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office
Self-motivated, confident, detail oriented.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
