Job Specification:

This position must have knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures and compliance with the NRB Directives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent from recognized University with minimum 2nd division and above.

Experience:

Officer: Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank) with 4 years of experience in related job function.

Junior Officer: Candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank) with 3 years of experience in related job function.

Supervisor: Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank) with 2 years of experience in related job function.

Senior Assistant: Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank) with 1 year of experience in related job function.

Age Criteria:

Officer Level: Age not less than 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as of vacancy deadline.

Assistant Level: Age not less than 18 years and not exceeding 35 years as of vacancy deadline.
