Position: Finance Officer (Recent Job)

In collaboration with relevant Program & Centre incharge of APC, take the responsibility of logistic/inventory to formalize, evaluate and update APC Nepal’s inventory database.
Conduct monthly logistic verification, record and make an update by visiting in all Centers, children home and provide report to accountant and management.
Keep proper tracks of all material and equipments undertaken within the project, centers and children homes.
Assist the finance head for generating financial Reports, Record keeping in both manually and in software of accounting system.
Store management and handle as storekeeper.
handle store and stock book and conduct physical verification timely.-
maintain the record of office equipment in the inventory register, and to ensure all assets and office resources are maintained in good condition.
Preparation of report on basis of information shared during morning meeting for all programs monthly to the executive Director.)
Database update of SP children and correspondence with sponsors.
