Notice regarding call for applications for open and inclusive competitive examination
According to the consent of the Public Service Commission, the following vacant posts in this company are to be filled permanently through an open and inclusive competition as per the Staff Regulations of Nepal Telecommunication Company Limited, 2078 (including amendments) and those who have qualified as follows, who are not disqualified as per Regulation 17 and who have not been disqualified in the examination conducted by the Public Service Commission Online applications have been invited from interested Nepali citizens who have not been taken into action for participating in any examination conducted by the commission for a certain period of time.

The applicant should upload the certificate of Nepalese citizenship, recent passport size photograph, sample signature, certificates of minimum educational qualification, training, experience, council registration certificate, certificate of inclusion, equivalency determination letters in the specified place of the online form on the company's website www.ntc.net. Application should be made through Online System through np or recruit.ntc.net.np. No action will be taken on an application submitted late, late or without the necessary documents attached to the application. If the details filled and uploaded by the applicant while filling the form through the online system are not as specified or found to be false, the applicant will be responsible for such details. The written examination will be conducted by the Public Service Commission.

Special notice regarding advertisement: Hon'ble Supreme Court writ no. 078-WO-0660 including the application related to dispatch, according to the mandate order dated 2079/10/14, after legal arrangements are made, the posts will be filled accordingly.

A) Minimum Qualification Required:

1) For the post of Deputy Manager (Telecom), the relevant service of this company from a recognized educational institution, having passed the master's level in the subject prescribed for entry into the official level position of the group and registered with the Nepal Engineering Council as per the prevailing law and the civil service of the Government of Nepal / government service or university Or should have at least five years of experience in teacher service or authorized level post of an organized organization. But in the case of candidates who have obtained a degree, they can be candidates even if they have less than two years of experience.

The prescribed subject for initial service entry into the post of officer level of the concerned service group means “Telecommunications and Communication or Radio or Electrical and Communications or Electrical and Electronics or Information Technology, Computer Software or Computer Hardware Engineering or Electronics Engineering (any one of Communication, Electronics, Computer, Radio) or Computer Science, Information Communication or Electrical Engineering or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering or So One subject of the same" is understood to mean.

 

2) For the post of Senior Engineer (Telecom): Graduated from a recognized educational institution in the relevant service of this company, has passed the post-graduate level in the subject prescribed for entry into the official level position of the group and is registered with the Nepal Engineering Council as per the prevailing law and is a civil service/government service or university of the Government of Nepal. Or should have at least five years of experience in teacher service or authorized level post of an organized organization. But in the case of candidates who have obtained a degree, they can be candidates even if they have less than two years of experience.

The prescribed subject for initial service entry into the post of respective service group is "Telecommunications and Communication or Radio or Electrical and Communications or Electrical and Electronics or Information Technology, Computer Software or Computer Hardware Engineering or Electronics Engineering (any one of Communication, Electronics, Computer, Radio subject) or Computer Science, Information Communication or Electrical Engineering or Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering or any similar subject”.

3) For the post of Senior Accounts Officer (6th): Must have passed the Chartered Accountancy or Certified Public Accountancy examination from a recognized institution (Institute) and must be registered with the Nepal Chartered Accountant Organization as per the prevailing Nepalese law.

4) For Telecom Engineer (Electronics and Communication) Posts: Telecommunications and Communication or Radio or Electrical and Communications or Electrical and Electronics or Information Technology, Computer Software or Computer Hardware Engineering or Electronics Engineering (any of Communication, Electronics, Computer, Radio) from a recognized educational institution in one subject) and registered with the Nepal Engineering Council according to the prevailing law after obtaining a bachelor's degree.

5) For the post of Telecom Engineer (Computer): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Communication, Computer Software, Computer Hardware or Computer Engineering or similar subjects from a recognized educational institution and registered with Nepal Engineering Council as per prevailing law.

6) For the post of Telecom Engineer (Electrical): Graduated from a recognized educational institution in Electrical, Electronics and Electrical or Electrical and Communications or Electrical Engineering or any of the similar subjects and registered in Nepal Engineering Council as per prevailing law.

7) For the post of Engineer (Civil): Graduated in Civil Engineering from a recognized educational institution and registered with Nepal Engineering Council as per prevailing law.

8) For the post of Assistant Administrative Officer: Graduate or equivalent in any subject from a recognized educational institution.

9) For the post of Assistant Business Officer: Bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce or Business Administration or Economics, Mathematics from a recognized educational institution Or having passed graduation level or equivalent examination with one of the core subjects of Statistics.

10) For the post of Assistant Accounts Officer: Graduate level or equivalent examination in Management, Commerce or Business Administration from a recognized educational institution.

11) For the post of Overseer: Must have passed a certificate level or diploma in engineering or similar examination in civil engineering or architect or survey engineering from a recognized educational institution.

12) For Assistant Posts: Minimum GPA of 2.0 in S.E.E./SLC from a recognized educational institution.

13) For the post of Telecom Technician: S.L.C from a recognized educational institution. Or have passed the same and have received the training of transmission, outside, power, switching or telecom technician from the telecommunications training center of Nepal Telecommunication Company Limited or have passed the level 2 skill test in the subject of transmission, outside, power, switching from the National Skill Testing Center.

14) For the post of Junior Technician: Passed 10th standard from a recognized educational institution and passed the 10th standard from the Telecommunication Training Center of Nepal Telecommunication Company Limited or have received the training of Junior Technician from the Telecommunication Training Center of Nepal Telecommunications Company Limited or have passed level 1 skill test in the subject of Transmission, Outside, Power, Switching from the National Skill Testing Center.

B) Age Limit:

Completion of 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for the post of Assistant level by the last date of application, for authorized level from level 6 to level 7 For the post, 21 years should be completed and not exceeding 35 years and for level 8 and level 9 official level posts, 21 years should be completed and not exceeding 40 years.

Also, for all the posts, in case of women and disabled candidates, the upper age limit should not exceed 40 years. For the purpose of calculating the age, the last date of submission of application (21 days from the date of publication of the notification) will be considered as the basis. The period of filing the application by paying the double fee will not be counted. There will be no age limit for the existing permanent employees of Nepal Telecommunications Company.

C) Type of Exam: Written, Interview (There will be practical exam for level 4 and level 3 towards technical services).

D) Procedure for submission of examination fee: After submitting the online application form, go to the payment option of the online payment service specified by the company.

 

The payment can be made by choosing one of the providers or the applicants who want to pay from the toll counters of the company will need Token No.

The next day after the last date for submitting the late application along with the mentioned slip (if the said day falls on a public holiday), they can go to the company's toll counters and pay the specified examination fee/double fee within the opening hours of the toll counter. Details of online payment service providers will be published on the company's website.

E) Last date of filling of application: Up to 27/01/2081 and double payment till 03/02/2081.

F) Date, time, and center of conducting the written examination: The date, time, and center of the written examination of the above advertisements will be as specified by the Public Service Commission.

Note: If you apply only to the inclusive group without applying to the open side, the same exam fee as the open one will be charged for the first group. For more inclusive groups, additional fees will be charged as mentioned above.

Educational qualification, enrollment certificate, council registration certificate, training, experience, service period obtained after the last date of application (regular fee deadline) will not be valid. Candidates who have studied in foreign institutions should have their qualifications determined by the relevant authorities. The courses can be obtained from this company's website www.ntc.net.np.

J) Additional documents to be prepared by the candidates while applying towards inclusive group:

Candidates who want to apply for the advertisements towards the inclusive group should apply only by preparing the following documents at the time of application. In the absence of the mentioned documents, the application can be canceled at any time.

1) In the case of tribals/tribes: In the case of castes listed in the Nepal Adivasi/Tribal Upliftment National Foundation Act, based on the list of that act, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed in the Nepal Adivasi/Tribal Upliftment National Foundation Act, on the recommendation of the head of the concerned local level, the chief district officer of the listed caste A document confirming the surname.

2) In case of Dalits: In case of castes listed by the National Dalit Commission, based on the same list, But if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, on the recommendation of the head of the local level, the Chief District Officer

A document certifying that the surname belongs to the listed caste.

3) In case of persons with disabilities: Identity card certified by the Social Welfare Council on the recommendation of an approved doctor.

4) In the case of Madhesi: a document certified by the Government of Nepal as a Madhesi from the prescribed institution by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette,

But a document certified as a Madhesi by the chief district officer on the recommendation of the head of the local level concerned, until the institution is designated after publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.

5) In the case of backward areas: Bajhang, Bajura, Achham, Humla, Mugu, Jumla, Kalikot, Dolpa and Jajarkot districts from the respective districts mentioning their permanent residence.

Obtained citizenship certificate and a document from the relevant rural municipality or municipality certifying that he is currently residing permanently in the same place.

6) Offices to work: Various directorates, departments, and offices outside Kathmandu Valley of the company. J.
