Job Description
- Prepare and maintain daily accounts and make entries into the accounting system.
- Prepare financial statements in conformity with Nepal Financial Reporting Statements in all material respects (e.g. Balance Sheet, income statement, cash flow Notes, etc.)
- Supporting auditors to complete statutory audits as well as internal audits.
- Prepare Periodic (quarterly, semi-annual and annual) Financial Reports, income statements and balance sheets.
- Maintain books of accounts as per VAT Act and Rules; purchase book and sales book for the company.
- Maintain up-to-date stock statements. Frequent physical stock verification with stock statement maintained.
- Take appropriate measures to comply with withholding requirement submission of VAT returns and relevant compliances as required in income Tax TDS, VAT.
- Should know LC,TT,BG, Exim Code and import procedure.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority.
Note: Office Time: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Job Specification
- Good command in accounting and office management.
- Computer skills in MS-Word, MS-Excel are must along with good Communication skills.
- Good handle on Accounting softwares and Microsoft Office Package.
- Should have knowledge of Tally.
