Job Description
- Greet and acknowledge each customer.
- Provide answers to product and payment-related queries.
- Accurately process sales using cash registers, sales software and telephone.
- Maintain a neat, tidy and orderly work area.
- Place printed bills in folders to be presented to customers.
- Record totaled amounts, including expenses in the database.
Job Specification
- Experience in food service will be preferred.
- Multitasking, and computer skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, calculators, and other machines required for transactions.
- Outstanding customer relation skills and ability to ensure a customer priority culture.
