Job Description

COSMED Plastic Surgery Center is seeking a confident, customer-focused, and target-driven Female Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing consultation support, building trust with prospective clients, and converting inquiries into appointments and procedures while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries received via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, email, and walk-in visits.
  • Provide accurate information regarding cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures, treatments, pricing, and available services.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to convert inquiries into consultations, appointments, and treatment bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service before, during, and after consultations.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales, appointment booking, and conversion targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, appointments, and follow-up activities using CRM or other company systems.
  • Coordinate closely with doctors, patient coordinators, and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Address client concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Stay updated on all treatments, promotional offers, and service packages offered by the center.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales and follow-up reports as required by management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
Job Specification

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a related role.
  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetic clinics, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or customer service industries will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to convert inquiries into sales through effective follow-up and relationship building.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
