Swargadwari Bee Concern Pvt Ltd is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Sales & Marketing Staff to promote our products and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and capable of maximizing sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products to clients and retailers.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide updates to the management.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries.
Utilize full potential, skills, and creativity to achieve sales goals.
Job Specification
Academic Qualification: +2 or above.
Minimum 1 year of relevant sales/marketing experience preferred.
Freshers with strong self-motivation, dedication, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
Salary and Benefits
Basic Salary:20,000 NPR per month
Additional: Sales incentives, daily allowances, and performance-based rewards.
