Job Description
As our Junior Production Executive, your primary job is to turn creative show ideas into smooth, on-the-ground reality. You will be the central coordinator responsible for scouting local talent, show guests, and unique locations, setting up shoot schedules, building clean pitch decks, and keeping our TV and YouTube show sets running smoothly.
This is a hands-on, high-movement role. You will split your time between field visits across the valley, working on production logistics, and managing communication between hosts, featured guests, and our production team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scouting & Field Operations (The Groundwork)
- Talent & Guest Scouting: Actively find, contact, and pre-screen local talent and featured guests for upcoming show episodes.
- Recce & Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to homes, businesses, and outdoor locations to evaluate camera readiness, lighting, space, and noise levels.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the friendly main point of contact for featured talents and guests, making sure they feel comfortable, informed, and ready for shoot days.
- Call Sheets & Scheduling: Draft call sheets, shoot timelines, and daily itineraries for the crew, hosts, and guests.
- Presentation Decks: Help create clear, visually appealing pitch decks, sponsor decks, and production briefs using Canva.
- Sponsor Deliverables: Keep an active checklist of sponsor commitments (product placements, branding moments, custom callouts) and ensure they are 100% captured during filming.
- Pipeline Management: Help maintain production calendars across multiple original shows running simultaneously on television networks and YouTube.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Exceptional Communicator: Fluency in Nepali and English. You can easily build trust with everyone from local grandmothers in historic neighborhoods to business owners and network executives.
- High Street Smarts & Problem Solver: You don't get overwhelmed when plans change; you figure out a workaround quickly.
- Basic Deck & Design Skills: Proficient with Canva to help build scannable, clean presentations.
- Hyper-Organized: You keep track of schedules, contacts, and checklists effortlessly.
- Mobile: Possessing your own two-wheeler (scooter/motorcycle) and a valid license is strongly preferred for field visits and site recce trips.
WHAT YOU GET OUT OF THIS:
- Direct hands-on experience co-running high-tier TV and digital show productions.
- A clear, fast-track growth pathway toward Production Manager and Producer roles across our expanding series portfolio.
- A high-energy, collaborative, and creative work environment.
