We are seeking college students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing (SMM) at a growing e-commerce company. The intern hired for this position will need strong critical thinking skills in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team who are very excited to share this exciting launch with an intern hoping to gain a ton of great online experience. This position would offer assistance with the digital media and marketing projects at Ergonomic Solutions. The position is a non-paid internship and can be credit based with a time commitment of 40 hours per week.
Duration: 3 months
Responsibilities
Keyword analysis: Gathering, classifying, organizing, and managing keywords through various tools and techniques Writing content for various websites using engaging information about our niche sites Website optimization: Hands-on management of on-page SEO including content optimization, meta-description optimization, and SEO-friendly site architecture Online outreach and promotion using various social media tools and techniques like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, posting on blogs, forums etc. Monitor and report key performance indicators such as indexing, rankings, backlinks, and serp click-through rates. Ensuring website pages are properly indexed in or excluded from search engine Keep up-to-date with the newest SEO strategies, techniques and best practices Assist and contribute to paid Ad campaigns
