Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-depth product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals, sales teams, and end-users. Lead and manage the application team, ensuring performance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support pre-sales and post-sales activities. Coordinate with service engineers to ensure seamless equipment installation, commissioning, and user training. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, clinical trends, and competitor offerings. Gather customer feedback and provide input to product development and improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, clinical protocols, and safety guidelines. Manage application-related documentation, including training manuals, usage guides, and technical notes. Participate in trade shows, workshops, and CME events to showcase the company’s medical equipment.
Job Specification
Master’s degree in Medical Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in medical equipment application or clinical support. Experience with diagnostic, imaging, critical care, or surgical equipment will be preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Technical proficiency in operating and troubleshooting various types of medical devices. Ability to travel frequently and work in clinical environments. Company Benefits:
