Application Executive - Medical Equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth product demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals, sales teams, and end-users.
• Lead and manage the application team, ensuring performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Coordinate with service engineers to ensure seamless equipment installation, commissioning, and user training.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, clinical trends, and competitor offerings.
• Gather customer feedback and provide input to product development and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, clinical protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Manage application-related documentation, including training manuals, usage guides, and technical notes.
• Participate in trade shows, workshops, and CME events to showcase the company’s medical equipment.

• Master’s degree in Medical Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in medical equipment application or clinical support.
• Experience with diagnostic, imaging, critical care, or surgical equipment will be preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency in operating and troubleshooting various types of medical devices.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in clinical environments.
