Job Description
Vie Tec is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Engineer to support our engineering and AV project teams. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in design, documentation, coordination, and project execution while learning from an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing detailed designs, technical drawings, and project documentation.
- Create, modify, and update CAD models and drawings as required.
- Review and interpret technical specifications, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of design documentation, including, Bills of Materials (BOM), Assembly instructions, technical reports.
- Assist in creating specification sheets and BOQs as per project requirements.
- Ensure all reporting sheets related to the AV team are regularly updated and accurate.
- Follow up with customers via email and phone calls, document communication, and update the internal team accordingly.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and site visits when required.
- Support the project team with day-to-day technical and administrative tasks as needed.
Job Specification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related field).
- Job placement opportunities will be available after a period of 3 to 6 months.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).
- Understanding of technical drawings and engineering documentation is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
