Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Officer to join our Zero B team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding customer reach, and promoting Zero B's premium range of water purification and treatment solutions. This role is critical in building and maintaining strong relationships with both direct customers and channel partners.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target prospective customers (residential, commercial, and institutional).
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Zero B water purifiers, softeners, and related solutions.
- Visit retail outlets, showrooms, dealers, and direct clients regularly to pitch products and generate leads.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build long-term relationships with customers and partners to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Provide product demos, address queries, and ensure excellent pre- and post-sales service.
Market Analysis:
- Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
- Identify new market segments and customer needs for future growth opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer database, visit logs, and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure timely submission of sales and activity reports to management.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with logistics, technical service, and accounts departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team for campaign execution and branding activities.
Job Specification
- Reporting To: Buisness Head
- Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or B.Sc. preferred); MBA/PGDM is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales of consumer durables, appliances, or water purification products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field operations.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
