Dealer/Inspector

Responsible To: Pit Manager 

Responsible For: Dealing and Inspecting table games

Other Relationships: Security and other Casino Management personnel.

Scope & General Purpose of Job:

• A dual role as a Dealer assigned to directly operate and conduct authorized games or when used as a Inspector to co-ordinate, support, monitor and evaluate the conduct and performance of the Casino’s gaming operations in accordance with policies, procedures and objectives as directed by management. 

Standards of Performance: (Duties of Position)

• To maintain the standards of performance of all within the gaming area and supervise their duties in line with their job descriptions and the policies and procedures as laid down by the management.
• To develop their skills and knowledge and to maintain the accountability, security and proficiency within the table gaming area.
• To ensure all staff is familiar with their duties and that they work within the policies and procedures of the Casino while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
• To report any form of discrepancy of operation to the management on a timely basis.
• To ensure that all activities of staff and patrons fall within the policies and rules of the Casino and fulfill all requirements of the government. 

Occasional Duties: As required

Hours of Work: Variable shifts as needed.
