Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Female Cook to prepare quality meals while maintaining proper hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen standards. The ideal candidate should have practical cooking experience and be able to manage daily kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook daily meals according to required menus and preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of food ingredients.
  • Manage kitchen supplies and inform management when items need to be replenished.
  • Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Assist with menu planning and meal preparation as required.
  • Maintain an organized and clean kitchen environment.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant cooking experience.
  • Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
  • Ability to prepare a variety of meals.
  • Responsible, honest, and hardworking.
  • Good time-management and organizational skills.
  • Female candidates from the Sherpa Community are preferred.
  • Willingness to work and stay in Rasuwa as required.
