Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally.
  • Train and mentor service staff to maintain high hospitality and service standards.
  • Monitor table assignments and manage reservations to optimize seating capacity.
  • Assist in taking orders, serving food, and ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with restaurant policies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient communication and service.
  • Handle billing, cash, and card transactions as needed.
  • Support management in inventory checks and stock control for restaurant essentials.
Job Specification
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain, Supervisor, or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
