Job Description
We are looking for two experienced cooks to join our kitchen team – one specializing in Thakali Khana & Curry Items, and the other in Burgers & Fast Food. If you're passionate about cooking, maintain high standards, and can work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we’d love to have you on board.
Position 1: Cook – Thakali Khana & Curries
Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Thakali Khana sets with consistency in flavor and presentation
Cook a variety of Nepali curries – including chicken, mutton, buff, and vegetarian dishes
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Manage kitchen inventory and assist with daily prep
Ensure food safety and minimize waste
Position 2: Cook – Burger & Fast Food
Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries, and other fast food items
Maintain consistent quality, taste, and portion control
Keep the workstation and equipment clean and sanitized
Follow kitchen procedures and safety protocols
Handle custom orders and ensure timely service
Job Specification
Requirements for Thakali Khana & Curries:
2–3 years of experience in preparing Thakali or Nepali meals
Familiarity with traditional spices, cooking techniques, and plating
Ability to handle busy kitchen hours and customer flow
Requirements for Burger & Fast Food:
2–3 years of experience in fast food or casual dining kitchens
Skilled in grilling, frying, and quick-service meal preparation
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Common Requirements for Both Roles:
Punctual, hardworking, and able to commit to 12-hour shifts without weekly off
Team player with a positive attitude
Focused on hygiene, food safety, and consistent quality
Physically fit and adaptable to a busy kitchen environment
