Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Fast Food and Indian Cuisine dishes with consistency and hygiene.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Ensure all ingredients and food items are fresh, stored properly, and used efficiently.
Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.
Assist in inventory management and timely requisition of supplies.
Maintain kitchen safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer orders promptly during peak hours.
Job Specification
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Fast Food and Indian Cuisine cooking.
Skills: Strong expertise in preparation of popular fast food items (burgers, fries, etc.) and traditional Indian dishes (curries, breads, snacks).
Knowledge of food hygiene, handling procedures, and kitchen safety.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders efficiently.
Team player with good communication and time-management skills.
