Job Description

Objective:

The Business Development Intern will support the business development team in identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and assisting in client acquisition strategies. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in researching and identifying potential clients and market opportunities.
  • Support the team in lead generation and cold outreach via email, phone, and social media.
  • Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM or lead-tracking tools.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and content creation as needed.
  • Prepare reports on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Assist in organizing and attending networking events or client meetings.
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team.
Job Specification

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (ongoing or completed) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

  • Prior internship or project work in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High level of enthusiasm, motivation, and a willingness to learn.
