Job Description

We are hiring three Sales Officers to join our expanding team in Itahari, Chitwan, and Kohalpur. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating sales of uPVC window and door profiles, building strong networks with fabricators and dealers, and supporting market expansion efforts in their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell uPVC profiles to fabricators, hardware dealers, architects, and builders.
Establish and maintain strong B2B customer relationships in your respective region.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reporting.
Conduct market visits, site inspections, and client meetings.
Provide technical information and support to customers when needed.
Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and industry trends.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
Participate in regional marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Job Specification

Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in building materials or uPVC profiles is highly preferred.
Strong communication, sales negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven and able to operate independently within a regional market.
Must be willing to travel locally as per assigned area.
Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
