Job Description

The Recruitment Executive supports the hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The role works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment and onboarding experience.

Job Responsibilities:

The recruitment executive assists with hiring by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment records.
Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
Schedule and confirm interviews, arrange travel for candidates, and prepare interview rooms.
Act as the point of contact for candidates, provide updates and assist with onboarding.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, post job ads, and prepare offer letters.
Work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Job Specification

A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Recruitment or HR administration experience and familiarity with ATS and recruitment software are preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information.

Note: Working Shift: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Nepali Time.
