Job Description
Miracle Education Services is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable UK Education Counselor to guide students through their journey of studying in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will provide accurate information on universities, courses, admission procedures, and visa processes while building strong relationships with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on study opportunities in the UK based on their academic background, career goals, and budget.
- Provide detailed guidance on universities, courses, scholarships, and post-study opportunities.
- Assist students with the complete admission process, including documentation and application submission.
- Handle visa application and lodgement procedures accurately.
- Guide students in SOP preparation and ensure all CAS-related procedures are completed.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with universities regarding applications and offer letters.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and one-on-one counseling sessions.
- Keep up-to-date with UK education system changes, visa policies, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper records of student interactions and application status in CRM systems.
- Work closely with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Prior experience in education counseling (preferably UK).
- Strong knowledge of UK universities, courses, admission processes, and visa procedures.
- Familiarity with SOP guidance and CAS processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
