Job Description

Marketing:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our hardware products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
• Create engaging and persuasive marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and online content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and campaigns.

 Sales:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their hardware needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by cultivating strong customer relationships and closing deals.
• Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize revenue.
• Regularly update the sales team on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Market Expansion:

• Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion in the hardware industry.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the hardware or related industry.
