Job Description
  • Make contacts in with potential clients in medical industries to create new business opportunities
  • Identifying potential customer and qualifying leads based on their need and potential to purchase
  • Providing technical expertise to potential and existing customer, demonstrating product/service capabilities, and addressing their technical questions
  • Understand all of the company’s products (medical equipment) service offerings and clearly communicate them to existing and prospective clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Generate sales reports and analyzes numbers
  • Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely manner
  • Ensure payment for goods dispatched to the customers is on time and in a regular basis
  • Delivering technical presentations and product/service demonstrations to potential customer
  • Working with sales teams to secure and renew orders, ensuring proper delivery and installation
  • Identifying areas for product/service improvement and collaborating with engineering teams to implement changes that benefit customers
  • Assist the Senior Business Development Officer (BDO) while preparing marketing & sales plan of the company
Job Specification
  • A degree in engineering in the field of Biomedical / Electronics along with strong understanding of technical concepts and principles
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills are essential for effectively selling products/ service
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical issue effectively
  • A solid understanding for the medical industry in which the products/services are sold.
  • Target driven and ability to handle work pressure
  • Tactful, self-initiator, creative and highly aggressive to meet the Sales Target
  • Soft-spoken, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify potential clients and opportunities
  • Willingness to travel
  • Comfortable in making rigorous follow ups and passionate about sales job
  • Competent and experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Should have own two wheelers vehicle & valid driving license
