Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who thrives in building and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Nepal. The CRM will serve as a crucial link between clients, site teams, and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication, support, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Regularly visit project sites to ensure client satisfaction, understand on-ground requirements, and report feedback to the central team.
Coordinate between sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of project materials and services.
Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent communication, problem resolution, and technical support.
Monitor project milestones and proactively follow up with clients for feedback, additional needs, and support.
Maintain and update the CRM database with client interactions, site reports, and communication logs.
Organize client meetings, product presentations, and technical briefings in coordination with the technical team.
Prepare periodic reports on client satisfaction, issue resolution, and site visit summaries.
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on site needs or client feedback.
Represent the company professionally in all field interactions and maintain the brand’s goodwill.
Job Specification
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
Master's degree or professional CRM certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service/client relationship roles, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial materials.
Experience in handling large accounts or project-based clients is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication in Nepali and English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of construction materials, engineering processes, or site workflows.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently, often on short notice, to remote or under-construction sites.
Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
High attention to detail and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
