Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) who thrives in building and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Nepal. The CRM will serve as a crucial link between clients, site teams, and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication, support, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Regularly visit project sites to ensure client satisfaction, understand on-ground requirements, and report feedback to the central team.

  • Coordinate between sales, technical, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of project materials and services.

  • Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent communication, problem resolution, and technical support.

  • Monitor project milestones and proactively follow up with clients for feedback, additional needs, and support.

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with client interactions, site reports, and communication logs.

  • Organize client meetings, product presentations, and technical briefings in coordination with the technical team.

  • Prepare periodic reports on client satisfaction, issue resolution, and site visit summaries.

  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on site needs or client feedback.

  • Represent the company professionally in all field interactions and maintain the brand’s goodwill.

Job Specification

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.

  • Master's degree or professional CRM certification is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service/client relationship roles, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial materials.

  • Experience in handling large accounts or project-based clients is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Nepali and English.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Good understanding of construction materials, engineering processes, or site workflows.

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, often on short notice, to remote or under-construction sites.

  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and reporting tools.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
