Job Description
- Counsel students and parents on educational opportunities, study destinations, courses, universities, and career prospects.
- Assist students in identifying suitable programs and institutions based on academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on admission criteria, tuition fees, scholarships, visa requirements, and other relevant procedures.
- Guide students through the application process, including document preparation, form filling, and submission.
- Follow up with students and institutions to ensure timely updates on application status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and partner organizations.
- Attend education fairs, seminars, and promotional events to represent Education Tree.
- Stay informed about changes in education systems, immigration laws, and global study trends.
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare periodic reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns promoting study programs and destinations.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in any field .
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an education consultant, counselor, or in a similar role within the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using online application portals.
- Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.
