Job Description
The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring effective recruitment, employee engagement, training, performance management, and policy implementation. This role will act as a strategic partner to department heads, facilitating talent acquisition, career development, and a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Executive will also manage HR analytics and reporting, providing insights to support informed decision-making and optimize HR operations within the organization.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with management team to identify staffing needs
- Coordinate with all the HOD and understand their manpower requirements and fill the vacancies at the earliest.
- Develop recruitment strategies and lead efforts to attract and hire top talent.
- Oversee & conduct the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Promote a positive work environment and handle employee relations issues effectively.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Monitor career development and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Conduct soft skills training, HR Policies & basic operations related training to the employees
- Build a good relation with Internal Trainers Committee & facilitate the training as per the quarterly calendar.
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Implement the Performance Management guidelines as per the HR policies.
- Provide guidance to the HODs on performance improvement plans.
- Recognize and reward outstanding employee contributions.
Policy Implementation:
- Communicate and ensure the consistent implementation of company HR policies
- Stay up to date with labor laws and regulations and maintain compliance
HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports to Corporate HR Manager in a given time frame.
- Work closely with Management team in order to maintain HR cost as per budget.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3/4 years of progressive experience in HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, best practices and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Must be willing and able to relocate and work anywhere outside of Kathmandu as per organizational needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Commitment to ethical practices and confidentiality in all HR matters.
