Job Description
  • Ensure that guests receive exceptional service and satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them to the guests' satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient operations and adherence to brand standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to department heads and staff members.
  • Assist in recruitment, training, and development of hotel staff to maintain high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement strategies for increasing occupancy and revenue.
  • Participate in sales calls and client meetings to promote the hotel's services and facilities.
  • Ensure the hotel operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
