Job Description

Are you an organized and proactive individual with strong leadership skills? Join our dynamic team at a leading uPVC Windows and Door Manufacturing Company!

We are looking for a dedicated Admin & Operations Officer who will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational activities of the assigned branch and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. The candidate will work closely with the management team to implement company policies and provide regular reports on branch performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily operations of the branch
Maintain stock, dispatch, and inward/outward material records
Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams for seamless operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Head Office
Handle office administration, documentation, and basic HR support
Address and resolve operational issues effectively and promptly
Act as the communication bridge between branch staff and top management

Job Specification

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations/admin (manufacturing or construction industry preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of uPVC or construction industry will be an added advantage
