Job Description
- Coordinate sales team by managing long-term & day-to-day plans and planning budgets.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of offers, promotional materials etc.
- Develop sales forecasts & reports.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Liaise with other teams to short-our customer issues.
- Identify potential customers and generate sales
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Graduate in Biology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biomedical and relevant fields
- 1 to 2 year Experience or (Fresher can apply)
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Package
- Must be fluent in English and Nepali both verbal and written
- Should have 2-wheelers with a valid driving license
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
