Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to lead our business-to-business (B2B) sales team. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in corporate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets.
- Manage and lead a team of corporate sales representatives or account executives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds KPIs and sales performance metrics.
- Provide training, coaching, and development to team members.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in B2B/corporate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to travel as needed.
