Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Coordinator to assist in managing day-to-day operational, documentation, and coordination tasks across our business verticals. The ideal candidate will support procurement, logistics, and client interaction processes while contributing to efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure raw materials as per project requirements.
Collect, manage, and deliver documents to relevant departments or external parties.
Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors/suppliers.
Maintain and update documentation records efficiently.
Prepare basic reports and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner in meetings or external visits.
Assist in marketing and customer coordination tasks as required.
Ensure timely and clear communication across departments.

Job Specification

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree completed or at least Intermediate level passed.
Freshers may apply, but prior experience in a coordination or administrative role is a plus.
