The Customer Experience & Sales Associate will be responsible for managing on-site customer interactions, ensuring service quality, handling grievances, and driving direct sales of packages. The role also includes supporting marketing efforts through content creation and customer engagement to enhance overall visitor experience and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities


Customer Experience & Grievance Handling:

➢    Act as the first point of contact for visitors at Bandipurhill

➢    Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

➢    Ensure quick resolution of issues to maintain high customer satisfaction

➢    Coordinate with internal teams for service improvement

Sales & Package Promotion:

➢    Promote Bandipurhill packages and services to on-site visitors

➢    Actively engage with guests to convert inquiries into sales

➢    Upsell and cross-sell relevant services and experiences

➢    Maintain basic sales records and report daily performance to the line manager

Communication & Query Handling:

➢    Handle incoming telephone and online inquiries

➢    Provide accurate information regarding packages, pricing, and services

➢    Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and partners

➢    Coordinate with Marketing Team to ensure smooth communication flow

Marketing & Content Support:

➢    Capture photos/videos of on-site activities and experiences

➢    Create basic social media content (posts, reels, stories)

➢    Coordinate with marketing team for content planning and publishing

➢    Support promotional activities and campaigns

On-Site Engagement:

➢    Ensure smooth visitor flow and positive guest experience

➢    Assist in managing events, group visits, and special bookings

➢    Represent Bandipurhill brand in a professional manner at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:


➢    Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)

➢    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

➢    Customer handling and problem-solving ability

➢    Basic sales and persuasion skills

➢    Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok/Instagram/Facebook and content creation

➢    Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
